While pursuing a Bachelors of Art & Science degree in Marketing and Advertising at the University of North Florida, Aaron gained hands-on experience, working alongside his brother at a leading paving subcontractor in Jacksonville, FL. During this time, he identified a significant market demand within the construction industry for specialized paving services and detail-oriented work, particularly in the Tampa Bay market.

Having gained the technical expertise and operational exposure on the front line, Aaron put his prowess into action, founding Apex Asphalt Contractors, formerly known as Sun State Striping. Applying his marketing and advertising acumen, Aaron has helped build a strong brand presence state-wide, attract a growing client base, and establish Apex Asphalt as a trusted name in and throughout the community.
